Ⅰ Definition of non-new products:
Items that are in a non-new state due to factors such as transportation, buyer returns, customs unpacking inspection, etc. These products may have only slight scratches or signs of use, and may have damaged parts that need to be repaired. They include but are not limited to: used bike/scooter, defective products, products damaged during transportation, returns, etc.
You can learn about the specific status of the product, new and old status, etc. in the product description. Unless there is a special statement in the product description that the warranty period and warranty details of non-new products, all non-new products are subject to this warranty.
When you choose to purchase this product, it means that you have known and accepted the status of the non-new product, and will bear any additional costs and expenses that may arise beyond the subsequent warranty terms, including but not limited to accessory purchases, item depreciation, repairs, maintenance, freight, etc.
Ⅱ The following are the specific warranty contents for non-new products
1. About returns:
Used electric bicycles are not accepted for return.
2. About warranty
Used electric bicycles are not eligible for the terms of the general warranty policy, but you can provide the customer service with photos of damaged parts during transportation or a list of parts describing the shortage within 7 days after receiving the product, and you can get a one-time free spare parts support (except for parts not covered by the warranty terms such as tires, motors and batteries).
The specific warranty scope is as follows:
- 7-day warranty (mechanical accessories)
Mechanical accessories such as saddles, brake calipers, brake handles, transmission systems, flywheels
- 7-day warranty (electronic accessories)
Instruments, controllers, lighting systems, throttles (if any)
- Not covered by the warranty terms
Motors, batteries, rims
Consumable accessories such as tire outer tubes and inner tubes, brake pads, etc.
Any gifts in the original packaging (if any)
3. Calculation of warranty expiration date
The warranty period is calculated from the second natural day after the logistics tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the destination.
For example, if the logistics tracking record shows that the package was delivered on July 1, the warranty period for the order is from July 2 to July 8, a total of 7 calendar days.
Please note:
The warranty terms will become invalid after the warranty expires.
Therefore, if there is a problem with the package during delivery, please contact customer service in time, because we will no longer provide free spare parts after this period.
