- LONG RANGE--Electric bikes for adults RX10 uses a removable battery that is easy to remove and install. What makes e-bikes special is their Pedal Assist System (PAS). People think that e-bikes cannot be used for exercise, however this is not the case. In fact, PAS allows the cyclist to pedal in a more comfortable and efficient way.
Cyclists can ride the bike entirely on pedals, using only the motor, or a combination of both (PAS). In PAS mode, the bike's computer detects pedalling and activates the motor to assist and power the ride.

Bicycle theft is not covered under our warranty policy; therefore, claims regarding theft are invalid, and we are unable to provide further assistance in such cases.

once a bicycle has been sold and delivered to the buyer, both ownership and usage rights transfer entirely to the buyer. The bicycle becomes the buyer's personal property, and we have no authority to intervene in the buyer's usage of the bike. Consequently, buyers are solely responsible for the maintenance and safekeeping of their personal bicycles. Additionally, every bicycle frame features a unique engraved identification number.
We strongly recommend that you record this identification number immediately upon receiving your bicycle and register it with your local public anti-theft system; this will greatly assist in recovering your bicycle should it ever be stolen.
