To avoid mistakes, please note the following customization information when placing an order:

2. Your bicycle brand and model name (very important)
3. Serial number on the battery lock (very important)
Ebike Battery Lock Key is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
- Applicability: Due to the special nature of the product, this service is currently only available for ebike models sold on ceayabikes.com. For other models of ebikes, please contact our online customer service in advance to confirm before placing an order.
- Please note: The battery lock key is a customized product and does not support returns.
- Please consult the online customer service in advance to confirm whether we can make a key for you before placing an order. If you do not consult the order or do not note the customization information, we will also contact you by email after receiving the order to confirm the order details. If we still do not receive your reply, we will cancel the order for you.
- Delivery time: Before delivery, the factory needs to pick up the goods (i.e., the preparation time), which takes about 3-5 working days. After the goods are picked up, we will use commercial express to ship from China. The overall delivery time is about 5+10 working days. In case of holidays, there may be delays, please be patient.
- Shipping list: Contains 1 pair of battery lock keys. If your ebike cannot copy the lost key, it is also a good choice to buy a new battery lock replacement.
