1.Measurement and adjustment
According to measuring the head circumference or trying on the helmet, determine the size of the helmet. When wearing the helmet, you need to turn the rear adjuster to the maximum.
The helmet should be worn horizontally, don't be tilted forward or backward. The back tilt of the helmet will block the line of sight and cannot protect the rear position of the head. The forward tilt of the helmet will cause the helmet cannot protect the forehead position.
Tighten the adjuster until the helmet does not shake and feels comfortable.
Adjust the height of the bifurcated buckle of both sides of the helmet so that the ear position is just in the middle of the front and rear webbing.
5.Adjust the length
Adjust the length of the chin socket and fasten it so that there is a finger gap at the lower jaw, which is a safe and appropriate wearing method.
